Banquet Hall Rental Calendar

Our spacious 3150 square foot banquet hall is available for your next party, event or celebration. Also available for smaller functions is our 700 square foot café room (with an included bar).

Our hall can accommodate up to 200 guests (including serving staff). If your celebration includes dancing, we recommend no more than 175 guests.

The rental fee includes the use of our Lenox china, flatware and stemware.

The rental fee does not include the setting up of tables & chairs or linen service. If you are only renting the hall and not using a caterer, you will need to provide your own table linens.

The fee for setting up tables is set at $2 per table and $.25 per chair. Breakdown of tables is $2.50 per table and $.25 per chair.

Rental Rates:

Banquet Hall and Cafe Room:

Friday and Saturday nights 3pm-12am $750
Friday and Saturday 8am-5pm $650
Sunday-Thursday (6 hour rental) $500 or $100/hour with a 3 hour minimum

T o reserve a date on the calendar for the banquet hall a reservation deposit of $100 is required.

Cafe Room Only:

Sunday through Thursday (4 hour rental) $150 (Each additional hour $35)

A reservation deposit of $50 is required to reserve a date on the calendar for the cafe room.

If your event is to be catered, your caterer must be on the approved list. If your caterer is not on the list, a $300 security deposit will be required from your caterer and the caterer must be approved by the fire company. If you are not using a caterer a $300 security deposit is required of you

Bill Burd is our rental agent. All rentals are scheduled through Bill at (609) 737-1160. Deposit checks must be received by the fire company in order to reserve a date. Final payment must be dropped off, or mailed to: The Union Fire Company and Rescue Squad one week prior to the event. You can confirm your rental deposit check has been received by checking the link to our rental hall calendar. If after mailing your deposit you are not listed on the rental hall calendar after 10 business days, please contact Bill Burd.

Checks for renting the hall and/or cafe should be made out to The Union Fire Company and Rescue Squad.
